Interior Architect - Naas, Co Kildare

Job Description:

Growing dynamic Architectural Practice based in Naas, Co. Kildare require a talented Interior Architect to assist in the delivery of their exciting portfolio of projects and assist in the future development of in house Revit & CAD and presentation processes. Our Office is based in Millennium Park, Naas, Co. Kildare close to the M7 with free parking and minimal travel time whilst encouraging employees to work remotely when required. The office is 10 minutes walk from Sallins Train Station.

Key Responsibilities/ Objectives:

The Interior Architect will assist in development of Project Design and Spatial planning with emphasis on delivering high-quality presentations. Assist in the preparation of Sketch Designs for presentation to clients. Liaising with the Architectural and Design Team along with the clients on Specification of interior Finishes/ Colours throughout the various project stages from inception to works completion.

Job Requirements:

Ideally candidates should possess previous working experience in a similar role and should have a good working knowledge in the production of high quality presentations and accurate tender & working drawings and specification documentation. The successful individual will be given the opportunity to join project architects on construction site inspections and can participate in client & design team meetings. The ability to work communicatively with office and design team members is paramount together with a base knowledge of the Irish Building Regulations and Technical Guidelines is desirable.

A proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, 3d software is desirable. A knowledge of how to refer to and use the Building Regulations and BC(A)R will be a requirement.
