Information About All IA Visitors

In general, we gather information about all of our users collectively, such as what areas users visit most frequently and what services users access the most. We only use such data in the aggregate. This information helps us determine what is most beneficial for our users, and how we can continually create a better overall experience for our users. We may share this information with our partners, but only in the aggregate, so that they too may understand how IA users, collectively, use particular areas and our site, so we and they may create a better overall experience for you.

The IA does not collect any personal data about you on this Website, apart from information which you volunteer (for example by emailing us or by using our online feedback form or any discussion facility (if any)). Any information which you provide in this way will be used in line with the purpose for which you provided it. Your personal data may also be anonymised and used for statistical purposes.
