Types of Membership
Student Membership - Available to anyone studying design. Students who have just graduated from their courses may remain as student members of the IA for a year following graduation.
Cost: Free
Associate Membership - Available to anyone working in the design industry.
Cost: €140* pa
Full Membership - Available to anyone with the minimum requirements.
Cost: €320* pa
We are currently offering a special discount of one-third off our membership fee for all unemployed interior designers and interior architects, as well as a 20% discount for new members who are also members of IDI, IDDI, SBID, BIDA, and the RIAI.
All members are bound by the IA's code of ethics.

Corporate membership
Corporate members are suppliers of goods and services to the Interiors Industry who wish to become preferred suppliers to IA members. Click here for full details and application form.
Start an IA Chapter
Are you interested in starting a local chapter of the Interiors Association? The IA is currently offering free membership to groups of 3-4 designers who are interested in starting a local chapter of the organisation outside Dublin. So, if you and your interior architect/designer colleagues are interested, contact us at info@theinteriorsassociation.ie for more information.
How to Join
Just post a completed application form (pages 1-3), the documentation asked for on the form and a cheque* to The Interiors Association, Suite 226, 3 Lombard Street East, Dublin 2.
*Your cheque will not be cashed until your application form has been fully processed.
